He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia May (DeChaine). He is survived by: his father John E. May; his sister Deborah May; his nieces, Crystal May Kruszyna Bradley (Nicholaus) and Katrina May Kruszyna (Mario Alvarez); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ethan Phillips, Max Alvarez, Keira Ann and Cora May Bradley; and his close friends, Elias "Eli" Casal, John Wohrle Eric Whitney and Heidi Balawender.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shriners Hospital for Children in care of the Dwyer Funeral Home, 776 North St., Pittsfield, MA 01201 in his memory. Donations CANNOT be made online, but may be made through the Dwyer Funeral Home.
