He was predeceased by: his mother Bernice Skoczylas LaForest; his grandparents, Blanche and Albert LaForest; his brother Jesse; and his pet Mini.
He is survived by: his father Joseph LaForest; his stepmother Debby of Greenbush, ME; his siblings, Mary LaForest (Julia Read) of Northampton, MA, Kayla (Michael Bouchard) of Milford, ME and Josh (Lisa LaForest) of Greenfield, ME; and his nieces and nephews, Elliot, Connor, Jessie, Wyatt and Misha.
