He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy L. Morris and Georgia Crookshanks Morris; his wife Dolly Ruth Woods; and his children, Ruth Elaine Peterson and William L. Morris.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Hisert (George) of Guilderland, NY, Harry L. Morris Jr. (Wendy) of Greenfield, MA and Anthony C. Morris (Ann) of Adams, MA. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
