It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Emil R. Schaffrick of Cheshire, Massachusetts, born in Derby, Connecticut, who passed away on December 20, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Emil Schaffrick and Doris Schaffrick (Bragdon); his daughter Anne Marie Bury; and his siblings, Lorraine Bell, Leroy and Richard Schaffrick.
He is survived by : his wife Eleanor Jarvis; his children, Mark Schaffrick (Karen) of Windsor and Tina Pitoniak (Matthew) of Cheshire; his grandchildren, Brittany Gale (Will) of Wyoming, Amie Goldstein (Zachary) of Connecticut, Stephanie Rapisarda (Dylan) of Cheshire and Nathan Pitoniak (Katelynn) of Pittsfield; and his great grandchild Hadley Anne Goldstein. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
