He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Birmingham and Agnes I. Birmingham; and his brother Jim Birmingham (Tom). He is survived by: his wife Selma Botman; his daughters, Erica of New York City and Megan Wolf; his son-in-law Stewart Wolf of New York City; his grandchildren, Madeline and Asher; his sister Nancy Birmingham of Charlestown; his nieces and nephews, Jack, Adam and Allie; and his sister-in-law Jennifer. He is also survived by cousins and extended family.
