We are sad to announce that on July 3, 2023, at the age of 89, P. B. V. M. Jean Cotter in Chelsea, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael A. Cotter and Helen J. Tylward Cotter; and her siblings, Michael "Gus" Cotter, Rev. John Cotter, Daniel Cotter and Katie Crane. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
