He was predeceased by: his father Valentin Hernandez. He is survived by: his parent Melida Lopez; his wife Desiree D. Hernandez (DeAmelio); and his children, Norvin Hernandez of Orlando, FL, Destinee Hernandez, Deanna Hernandez, Leah Hernandez and Andy Hernandez. He is also survived by his many brothers, sisters, extended family members and friends.
