He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale H. Dick and Eleanor M. Dick (Chambers); and his siblings, Beverly Bolton-Ryan, Luanne Affonso, Dale Chambers Jr. and David Chambers.
He is survived by: his sister Kathleen Chambers Moore; and his sister-in-law Sara Chambers of Westborough, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
