He is survived by: his wife Melinda Cushing of Revere; his parents, Vera Galeas (Cushing) and Jose Berrios; his children, Isabella Cushing, Jonelle Cushing and Toni Marie Merlet (Cushing); his grandchildren, Avery Charlotte Cushing and Anthony Raymond Cushing; his siblings, Sandra Clarke and David Wells; and also Jose Galeas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
