He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence J. Stutto and Estelle R. Stutto (Richards). He is survived by: his spouse Norita (Melanson); his children, Thomas Melanson of Ipswich, Joseph C. Stutto, Jr. (Jenn) of Lynnfield, Marc Stutto of Chelsea and Victoria Stutto of Chelsea; and his grandchildren, Thomas Melanson, Jr., Daniel McCarthy, Brandie Melanson and Jackson Stutto. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
