With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Isham (Chelsea, Massachusetts), who passed away on November 22, 2019 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond W. Isham and Frances Isham (Jarmacz); his pet Rescue League of Boston; his significant other Mary Maksutian of Chelsea; his siblings, Roberta Bilicki and Jean Emitz; his niece Kristina Paape (Nicholas); and his nephew John Bilicki, III.
