John Tkaczuk Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Tkaczuk of Chelsea, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 14, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Tkaczuk and Karolina Tkaczuk; his sister Mary Kane of No; and his son Frederick "Fred" Tkaczuk. He is survived by: his wife Irene; his daughters, Frances C. "Cookie" Tkaczuk of Mashpee and Paula J. Kordis (Ted) of Peabody; his sister-in-law Wanda Carroccino (late Joseph A. Carroccino) of Lynn; and his grandsons, Matthew Kordis of Beverly, John Andrew Kordis (Lindsey) of Saugus and Christopher Kordis of Peabody. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
