John J. Gallant Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John J. Gallant Sr. of Chelsea, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gallant and Marie Gallant (Wyman); and his siblings, Betty Duerden, Ann Gallant and Bernard "Butchie" Gallant.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Godfrey (Lester) of Beverly and John J. Gallant, Jr.; his niece Theresa Gallant; his grandchildren, Vianna, Mackenzie, Isaac Godfrey and Ronin Anderson-Gallant; and his siblings, Margaret Carpenter of Revere, Nancy Welch and James Gallant. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Welsh Funeral Home (718 Broadway, Chelsea, MA 02150).
