James V. Nardizzi Sr. Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James V. Nardizzi Sr. of Chelsea, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on April 8, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Nardizzi and Eleanor DeLuple (Palladino); his wife Carol Ann (Brennan); and his sister Olympia Cardillo. He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Cimino, James V. Nardizzi, Jr. of East Boston, Vincent Nardizzi and British Columbia; his grandchildren, Adrianna Forgione, Shannon Nardizzi, Jennifer Hallissey (Keith) and Michael Cimino; and his great grandchildren, Gianni Cimino, Johnny, Max and Grace Hallissey. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Welsh Funeral Home (718 Broadway, Chelsea, MA 02150). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rose Church (600 Broadway, Chelsea, MA 02150). An entombment was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (175 Broadway, Malden, MA 02148).
