Gladyszak-Underhill (Peter) of Chelsea, Susan T and Andrew J. Gladyszak (Sandra Butts) of St. Petersburg, FL.; her siblings, Wanda Antonucci of Malden, Albert Czerepica, Edward Czerepica, Stanley Czerepica and Chester Czerepica; her grandchildren, Nicholas J. Gladyszak (Corrie), Andrew A, Laura E. Warden (Stephen) and Marie E. Gladyszak; and her great grandchildren, Andrew D. Gladyszak, Victoria E. Gladyszak, Ashlyn G. Lane, Aiden Koschuk, Nathan Koschuk and Riley Warden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
