She was predeceased by: her parents, Isadore Skiddell and Rose Skiddell; her husband Norman Levine; her daughter Cindy Levine; and her nephews, Jay Needel and Scott Needel.
She is survived by: her son Larry Levine; her sister Anna Forman; her siblings-in-law, Stanley Forman, Bill and Rita Needel; her nieces and nephews, Glen Forman and Gale Daniels; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lee, Kate, Matt, Stephanie and Lisa. She is also survived by her loving family and friends.
