Bellofatto; her children, June Ellen Levine (William) of Woburn, Toni Marie Pippy of So, Anthony John Bellofatto (Susan) of Malden, Wendy Mary Levine (Jeffrey) of Manchester, NH., Tracey Rose Latorelli of Haverhill and Charles Pasquale Bellofatto (Kristy) of Granville, OH.; and her sister Rose Gagne. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grand nephews, extended family members and friends.
