She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank and Elizabeth Caputo (Douglas); and her siblings, Frank Caputo Jr. and Thomas Caputo. She is survived by: her husband Patrick A. Augusta; her children, Carrie Fantasia, Nicole Augusta of Billerica and Joseph Fantasia of Dracut; her brother William Caputo (Susan) of Billerica; and her grandchildren, Anthony and Adriana. She is also survived by her niece, nephews and many special friends.
