Chapman (Hagan); his child Charles E. Chapman, Jr.; his wife Patricia "Casey" of Stoneham; his siblings, Dorothy Fitts, Leon Chapman and Joseph Chapman; his grandchildren, Brendan C. Donoghue of Lowell and Nora K. Donoghue; and also Nancy E. Donoghue (Geoffrey) of Shrewsbury.
