It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carmen Elizabeth Elvir of Chelsea, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 19, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Jorge Elvir. She is survived by: her mother Rosa Garcia of Chelsea; her daughter Agnes "Stephanie" Landaverde (Jose Quintana Jr.) of Lynn; and her grandchildren, Amauri, Adriel, Aryia, Delsy, Edwars Valle, Alani and Scarlett. She is also survived by her aunts, uncle, cousins and close friends.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and are required to adhere to the guidelines of the CDC, the State of Massachusetts, the Local Board of Health and St. Mary of the Sacred Heart Parish, which allows a limited number of family and friends in the church and all are required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
