She was predeceased by: her husband Patricio Ortiz. She is survived by: her children, Patrick Ortiz of Palatka, FL., Wayne Ortiz (Regina) of Saugus, Candy Ortiz (Lisa Lausier) of Marblehead and Dorene Ramos (Ever) of Chelsea; and her grandchildren, Nicolette, Sherri-Lynn, Marguerite, Stephanie, Alejandra, Maria, Anthony, Patrick, Michael, Darren and Joshua. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
