He is survived by: his children, Mary Follis (Billy) of Chelsea, Michael Lush, Sr. of Chelsea, Debbie Kasabuski (Rick) of Saugus and Linda Ayala (Mariano) of Saugus; and his sibling Timothy Lush (Donna) of Chelsea. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
