He was predeceased by: his sister Kitty Peg Brown. He is survived by: his wife Sandra (Gustafson) of New Sweden, ME; his children, Jack and Kristina; his brother Peter Shields; and his grandchildren, Annika, Katarina, Gunnar, Nikolas, Travis and Jillian. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in his memory to Acton Congregational Church or to the Salvation Army.
