He is survived by: his sister Nancy Mellish; his daughter Anna D. Walukevich (Mark) of Chelmsford; his grandchildren, Andrew and Michelle Jaquint; and his stepgrandchildren, Katherine Walukevich-Dienst, Nick and Thomas Walukevich.
