We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2023, at the age of 80, Theresa I. Pol of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, born in Lowell, Massachusetts passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theresa I. Pol to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian R Moreau and Joseph B Moreau; and her siblings, Robert Moreau, Roger Moreau, Doris Simonetti and Eileen Thorp (Cookie).
She is survived by: her children, Debbra Ryan (Keith) of Helotes, TX, Miguel Pol (Victoria) of New Hampshire, Joseph Rubert (Erika) of Lowell, MA and Patricia Pol of Nashua; her pet Charlie; and her caregiver Tatiana. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations in Theresa's name to the National Kidney Foundation, fighting to save lives by eliminating kidney disease.
