Tanguay (Chelmsford, Massachusetts), born in Methuen, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 11, 2018, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Diane Phillips of Lawrence, MA and Francis Phillips; her fiancé Peter; her daughter Krystal (Michael Cosaltto); her grandchild Lowell; her siblings, Robert Margersion (Margi), Wendy Phillips (Charles Lightfoot) of Florida and Karen Phillips of Methuen; her aunt Sharon Walsh of Methuen; and her sisters-in-law, Dawn Reyes of Chelmsford, Michelle and Cheryl Tanguay.
