He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Jr. Tereshko and Doris Tereshko (Lowrey). He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Garcia); his daughters, Jill Duchesne (Jeffrey) and Lisa Tereshko; his granddaughter Avery Lorraine Duchesne; and his siblings, Michael Tereshko (Kathleen) and Donna McKittrick (Robert McKittrick). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
