He is survived by: his children, Stephen Skoczolek of Chelmsford and Sandra Skoczolek Adam (Avram) of Tucson, AZ.; his granddaughter Hannah Adam; and his sister Dolores Dubois of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
