It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sophy K. Poisson of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 1, 2024, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Visoth Kim; and her grandmother Kim Horn. She is survived by: her husband Adam D. Poisson; her parent Soben Kim (Yien); her sons, Trevor and Wyatt Poisson; her grandfather Tun Dang; her brothers, Somphearak Kim, Michael Kim and Somurphy Kim; and her parents-in-law, Donald and Priscilla Poisson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and a vast network of dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Blake Chelmsford Funeral Home (24 Worthen St, Chelmsford, MA 01824).
