She is survived by: her husband Stanley Skoczolek; her children, Stephen Skoczolek of Chelmsford and Sandra Skoczolek Adam (Avram) of Tucson, AZ.; and her granddaughter Hannah Adam. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Simonne was devoted to her faith and dedicated much of her time and contributed to many Catholic charity causes.
