She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Forde and Una Forde (McLoughlin); her sibling Thomas Forde of Monmouth, Wales.; and her siblings-in-law, Catherine Normandin (McGrath), Mary Parzia (McGrath) and Richard Evans.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph P. McGrath; her son Michael McGrath (Cheryl); her granddaughters, Kelsey McGrath and Kaleigh McGrath of Wells, ME; her son David McGrath of Bothell, WA.; her sister Ita Siddiqi (England) of Peterborough; her brother-in-law James Normandin of Lowell; her niece Yasmin Johnston; her nephew David Siddiqi of Frankfurt; her cousin Marian Rafferty (Louth) of Drogheda Co; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Evans (McGrath) and Jane Ayers (Arthur Ayers). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
