He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest A. and Hilda. He is survived by: his wife Linda Doak; his children, Laura Lyons of Westford and Brian Doak of Pepperell; his grandchildren, Cameron Goode, Kevin Goode, Maxwell Fadjo, Mariah Fadjo, Collin Doak and Gavin Doak; and his siblings, George Doak and Jacqueline Erb (Ron).
