He is survived by: his daughter Krystina Cuddemi of Middleboro; and his siblings, Donald Brooks (Gail) of South Windsor, CT, Michael Brooks (Christine) of Chelmsford and Faith Kenney of Chelmsford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
