It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Owen Jr. (Chelmsford, Massachusetts), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 28, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Ralph E. Sr.; and his sibling Robert Colburn. He is survived by: his grandfather Ralph E. "Gene" Owen of Lowell; his spouse Pauline Owen (Moskovitz); his parent Emily Owen (Harting); his son Robert L. Owen (Debra) of Lowell; his grandchildren, James R. Owen (Mary) of Manchester, NH, Jessica P. Cobleigh (Ryan) of Pepperell, Kara El Owen and Kal El Owen; his great grandchildren, Paige E. Owen, Joseph R. Owen and Lynelle Z. Cobleigh; and his siblings, Doris Frizzell of Lowell, Richard Owen and Charles Owen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
