He was predeceased by: his parents, Ou Sek and Yin Bu; and his sibling Ny Ou. He is survived by: his spouse Say Seke; his children, Sophal Ou, Nok Ou, Thun Ou (Phan Long) of Lowell, Sandra Ou of Lowell, Wanda Ou of Jacksonville, FL and Samnang Ou of Lowell; and his siblings, Pun Ou of Cambodia, Pim Ou (Hom Ou) of Cambodia and Bun Ou of Cambodia. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, two Great- Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
