She was predeceased by: her father Leonard. She is survived by: her husband Phil Capodanno; her mother June; her siblings, Lori (Paul), Donna (Frank) and Michael (Colleen); and her siblings-in-law, Janet (Gregory) and Mark (MJ).
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in the name of Patricia Capodanno.
