We bid farewell to Patricia M. Capasso of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 30, 2024 at the age of 87. Patricia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roderick Cavanaugh and Lucienne Cavanaugh (Achin); and her siblings, Lucille Robitaille (Cavanaugh), Roger Cavanaugh and William Cavanaugh.
She is survived by: her husband Louis J. Capasso, Jr.; her daughters, Kathy Capasso of Ayer, Debbie Capasso of Castleton, VA, Elizabeth Capasso of Nashua, NH and Deanna Hohmann (Rick Hohmann) of Chelmsford; her grandchildren, Ashley Beek (Steve) of Tyngsboro, Daniel Cooke (Sarah Blanchette) of Merrimack, NH, Catherine Keller (Mark) of Westford and Matthew Hohmann (Boston); her great grandchildren, Kylie, Joshua and Grace; her sister-in-law Lucille Cavanaugh; her nieces, Cindi Paige (Cavanaugh) and Doreen Gallant (Cavanaugh); her nephew William; her sister-in-law Cynthia Trudel (Dennis) of Bow, NH; her nieces and nephews, Lynn and Joe Trudel; and her sister Jan "JP" Peterson.
