She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Allen and Sheila Wilkinson (Hutchinson). She is survived by: her husband Joseph T. Adams; her daughter Allyson Adams (Ally) of Chelmsford; and her sister Sheila Ann Wilkinson of Somerville. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Blake Chelmsford Funeral Home (24 Worthen St, Chelmsford, MA 01824). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Pine Ridge Cemetery (130 Billerica Rd, Chelmsford, MA 01824).
Memorial donations may be made in Patricia's name to the American Diabetes Association.
