He is survived by: his wife Heike Petermann; his sister Yvonne La-Garde; his nephew Brett Gagnon (Jennifer Rousseau); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zoey Gagnon and Julia Parkhurst; his sisters, Yvette La-Garde (David Rahm) and Denise (Salvatore Cardello); his nephew Marc; his niece Franziska Petermann; and also, Ursula, Robert Petermann and Frank Petermann (Monika).
