We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2018, at the age of 56, Martha Koulas-Perry (Chelmsford, Massachusetts), born in Lowell, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Charles S. Koulas. She is survived by: her spouse Christopher T. Perry of Chelmsford; her parent Helen Koulas (Vrouhas); her sisters, Donna Koulas Calenda (Douglas), Constance Petricone and Mark Petricone of Chelmsford; her nieces and nephews, Elena A. Petricone, Douglas A. Calenda, II, Charles D. Calenda and Andrew J. Perry; her mother-in-law Elaine G. Perry of Chelmsford; and her sister-in-law Lisa Blackburn (David) of Hampton, NH.
