He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Rosengard and Ruth Rosengard; and his spouse Gail Rosengard (Schwartz). He is survived by: his sibling Dana Frankel; his daughter Sandra (Shmuel Bloch); his grandchildren, Avrahom Nechemia, Yehoshua Reuven, Hadassah Rina and Moshe Aharon; his sister-in-law Pamela (Ronald Bruckman); and also Nancy Bruckman.
