He is survived by: his spouse Rosanna Tha; his parent Leakena Heng of Lowell; his daughter Ellyza Rose Tha of Lowell; his siblings, Jonathan Heng of Lowell, Steven Heng of Lowell, Rathak Heng of Lowell and Barbara Heng of Lowell; and also Aunt. He is also survived by daughter, and mother.
