She was predeceased by: her parent Anna O'Neill; her spouse Richard "Dick" Paul Gaffney; and her siblings, Leonard, Mary O'Neill of Anna Wilk and Rita Kretzman.
She is survived by: her parent Willard O'Neill; her brother John O'Neill; her nieces and nephews, Bobby White and Peachy White; her son Richard Gaffney Jr. (Leah) of Chelmsford, MA.; her grandchildren, Kelly Jr, Jack Holmes Jr., Anna Fyffe, Allison Fyffe, Stephen Tuson, Ashley Tuson and Madeleine Gaffney; her great grandchildren, Stephen Tuson and Cora Glass; and also, Jennifer of Henrico and Patrick of Henrico.
