She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest L. Philbrook and Evelyn M. Philbrook (Sturtevant); her brother Charles Philbrook (Joanne) of Lincoln, NH; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia O'Neill (James) of Virginia Beach, VA, Kenneth Fennell of Louden, NH and Susan Lambert (Fennell) of Lowell, MA..

She is survived by: her husband Henry F. Fennell; her children, Deborah Gourdeau (David) of Hudson, NH, John Fennell (Mary Lou) of Londonderry, NH and Wendy Suprenant (Mark) of Milford, NH; her grandchildren, Sean Suprenant, Jessica Gourdeau, Cameron Fennell, Tyler Suprenant, Spencer Fennell and Connor Fennell; her siblings, David Philbrook (late Mary) of Tyngsboro, MA and Joanne Skillings (Roger) of Amherst, NH; and her sister-in-law Eileen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
