He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. and Mary F. Riley (Sullivan); his daughter Tara Louise Riley; and his sisters, Joan DeLorie (Riley) and Constance Rourke (Riley).
He is survived by: his wife Sheila B. (Driscoll); his children, Shaun Riley of Oklahoma City, OK, Colleen Hughes (George) of Andover, MA and Darlene Watkins (Ray) of Londonderry, NH.; his grandchildren, Matthew Hughes (Karissa), Christopher Hughes (Katie), Barbara Watkins, Isabella Watkins, Thomas Riley, Morgan Riley, Michaela Hughes, Stephanie Hughes, Ryan Batts, Ireland Riley and Caitlin Batts; and his sister-in-law Karen Werner (Driscoll). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial donations may be made in his name to the Chelmsford Hockey Association (PO Box 71 Chelmsford, MA 01824).
