With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Pelley of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, born in Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 28, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pelley and Evelyn Pelley (Noyes). He is survived by: his wife Ann "Annie" Pelley (Leahey); his sister Joanne Sullivan (John); his former wife Cindy Pelley of Chelmsford; his cousin Steven Chateauneuf; and his pet Rory. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
