He was predeceased by: his wife Priscilla McGaughey Quinn; and his parents, John P. Quinn and Anna G. Quinn (McSorley). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Allison C. Quinn of Quincy, John P. Quinn, III (Curtis J. Strohl) of New York, NY, Daniel J. Quinn (Margo Conroy Quinn) of Chelmsford, Katherine and Gabrielle Quinn; his sister Ann G. Anstiss of Chelmsford; his nephew Raymond L. Anstiss of Chelmsford; his nieces, Julie McDougall of Chelmsford and Barbara Anstiss of Lowell; and his cousins, Patricia O'Brien, Leonard Flynn, Peter Flynn, Joanna Doykos, Mary Gail Frawley O'Dea and Deborah Monteforte.
