He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph Maguire and Helen Gregory Maguire. He is survived by: his significant other Marlene Cote; his sons, Daniel Maguire (Clare Tidby) of Halifax and Justin Maguire of Saco, Maine; his grandsons, Evan Elizabeth and Will Tidby Maguire; and his siblings, Rachel MacDonell (Wayne), Michael Maguire (Joanne), Gregory Maguire (Andy Newman), Matthew Maguire (Nancy Halpin), Anne Maguire and Joe Maguire (Dany Adams). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
