She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Saragosa and Mary Saragosa (Whitney). She is survived by: her husband Jay Kozack; her son Alex Kozack of Pepperell; her siblings, Catherine Driscoll (Jim) of Newburyport, Daniel Saragosa (Lauren) of Wilmington and Michael Saragosa of Wakefield; her nieces and nephews, Amanda Driscoll, Katrina Saragosa, Cameron Saragosa and Kenneth Sandberg; and her close friend Lori Raia of Haverhill. She is also survived by aunts and many dear cousins.
