She is survived by : her parents, Zoe Kozlowski and Philip Clements; her grandmothers, Theresa Kozlowski and Carlene Clements; her aunts, Jeanie Clements and Amanda Barrow; her uncles Steve Clements, Carl Clements, William Kozlowski; her cousins, Carter Clements, Stephen Kozlowski, Michael Kozlowski, Eric Kozlowski and Coby Kozlowski; and her godmother Sharon Ainslie.
